We must be able to produce the highest quality crops with the greatest yields at the lowest possible cost, regardless of market conditions.  To achieve that goal, we will strive to attract and retain honest, skilled and dedicated employees and not settle for second best.  We strive to align ourselves with industry representatives and companies of only the highest quality.  

We work hard at Gudajtes Family Farms.  Anything less is not acceptable.  Hard work and dedication are what Gudajtes Family Farms has been built on. The continued prosperity of Gudajtes Family Farms will be determined by the efforts of our employees, the leadership of management, the vision and foresight of our successors, and the continuing development of new and emerging technologies.

We currently grow a variety of crops including Edible beans, Sugarbeets and Wheat.
